Competitor Analysis
I conducted competitor analysis research to gain a deeper understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of your competitors in the market. By analyzing them I identified their strategies that are successful, as well as areas where they may be vulnerable or underperforming.

User Needs
After conducting competitor analysis & user research, we found what our users need & what we should include in the application.
• Make it easy to use and navigate, with clear and intuitive features.
• Find a partner with the same interests, values, and lifestyle preferences.
• Find a partner with the same age.
• Need to have access to messaging and video chat tools.
• Make it secure. Users need to know that their personal information is kept safe.
• Users want to be able to provide feedback to the application’s developers and receive timely and effective support if they have any issues or concerns.
Awareness: The user becomes aware of the dating application through an online advertisement or a recommendation from a friend.
Sign-up: The user installs the app and creates a profile, providing basic information such as name, age, gender, and location. The user can also add pictures, write a bio, and answer some questions to help the app understand their preferences.
Browsing: The user begins browsing potential matches by swiping left or right on different profiles. The app uses a matching algorithm to suggest profiles that match the user’s preferences.
Connecting: When two users swipe right on each other’s profiles, they can start chatting within the app. The user can also initiate a conversation by sending a message to someone they’re interested in.
Getting to know each other: Users continue to chat and exchange messages to learn more about each other. They may also exchange phone numbers or social media handles to connect outside of the app.
Meeting in person: Once the users feel comfortable with each other, they may decide to meet in person for a date. The app may offer suggestions for places to go, such as restaurants or parks.
Relationship status: If the date goes well, the users may continue to see each other and potentially enter into a relationship.
Referral: If the users are satisfied with their experience on the app, they may refer it to friends or leave a positive review.
Feel free to reach out for collaborations or just a friendly hello 😉
